RENTAL iPhone

What kind of iPhone models do you provide for renting?

A We provide iPhone 4, 4S and 5.

Does an iPhone model accept tethering services?

A An iPhone model does NOT accept tethering service.

What is the minimum rental day for iPhone?

A We have a flexible policy and our rental days start from 3 days.

What application comes on the iPhone?

A Our iPhone comes on default systems with basic applications. If the customer has preference on any specific application, they will be able to download with their apple ID.

Is it possible to know the rental phone number in advance?

AThe phone number will be informed to our customers 3-4 days prior to the starting period.

ANDROID Phones

Does an Android phone accept tethering services?

AYes, Android phones accept tethering services up to max 40MBPS. It’s the only phone model that we rent with this service.

What is the minimum number of days to rent an Android phone?

A We have a flexible policy for Android rental services, starting from 7 days of rental.

Are there any hidden fees for renting the Phones?

A All our rental phones will come with 1,000 JPY credit which can be used for domestic/international phone calls. Please be aware if your calling fee exceeds 1,000 JPY, additional calling fee will be charged.

Is it possible to know the rental phone number in advance?

AThe phone number will be informed to our customers 3-4 days prior to the starting period.

SIM CARD

What precaution(s) should I take when renting a SIM card?

A Before renting a SIM card, make sure that your phone is SIM unlocked. This means that your phone will accept external SIM cards. Please consult your Phone dealer to find out if your phone is SIM card locked or unlocked. Please make sure to know your SIM Size.

Delivery & Return

How will I receive my rental item ?

A For your convenience, we will deliver your rental items to your arriving airport, accomodations or nearest post office to your location. Please present your valid passport at the reception counter to pick up your rental items. To make your item reception easy and smooth, please make sure your request name for order matches with either accommodation reservation name or recipient's passport name.

Can I pick up my item at the airport?

A Yes. You can pick your rental item up at the Post Office or at the designated counter in the airport (NARITA,HANEDA, KANSAI, CHUBU,CHITOSE and FUKUOKA).

How do I return the rental item?

A You will be able to find mailboxes everywhere in Japan. You just have to make sure that the rental item(s) are in the extra envelope that we provide (this is a prepaid envelope; you do not need postage stamps), then drop it in the nearest mailbox. Please drop off all rental items before the security gate at any airport!

When will my device arrive at the pickup location?

A In order to ensure a smooth and speedy pickup, we always send the devices out so it will arrive at the location approximately one day early. That way, you will be able to pick up the devices at any time on your pickup day. If you will be staying at a hotel, your devices will be available even if you need it early in the morning.

Billing

Do you accept paypal or cash payment services ?

A We accept only CREDIT CARD services (VISA, MASTER, JCB, AMEX, Diners)

Cancelling

How do I cancel my reservation?

A Please contact us by email ASAP informing us about your cancellation. If the cancellation is done 3 days before the starting we will refund you 100% your money. If the cancellation is done after we shipped the item to your pickup location, we will charge you the shipping fee only (1000JPY).

Lost and Damage

What happens if the Data Card is lost, stolen or damaged?

A Please contact us as soon as possible. We will immediately deactivate the device.

You also will be responsible for the loss according to our rental agreement. If you would like to use your travel insurance, please contact your insurance company.(We do not provide insurance service.)
