Did you know?

There are two types of data SIM cards in Japan: Postpaid and Prepaid. Postpaid SIM are provided by SoftBank and Docomo, while Prepaid SIM is provided by MVMO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator), using Docomo's network. We rent only the Docomo postpaid SIM cards which are one of the best in the market. MVMO provides prepaid SIM cards, available on their shop specifically targeting travelers in Japan. The prepaid MVMO SIM cards speed is only 200Kbps to 400Kbps downlink (except after midnight), even though it says 14Mbps on the product .

WARNING:
Our SIM cards support factory unlocked Android phones.
There is some problem.
If You buy a locked (Not SIM free) Android phone, then ask the company to unlock.

*IMPORTANT*

For iPhone SIM and Android SIM rental users:
We only deliver iPhone SIM and Android SIM to Aiports. WE DO NOT deliver to Hotels or other Addresses.
Please Fill out passport number, issued country, and Birthday in the comment column of order Form.

Free Delivery

Delivery location: you can receive the SIM card or mobile phone after landing, in Post office of the Airport.

HOW TO RETURN Wifi Devices (FREE)

When you rent your device, you will receive the rental items, plus a prepaid return envelope. To return the device to us, please place all rental items into the prepaid return envelope, seal it, and then drop it in any mailbox. You will easily find mailboxes all around Japan, as well as in the airport before the security gates. You do not have to directly return the rental items to our office counter. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Why we do not provide loss/damage insurance for SIM CARD

In many cases, our rental products are covered by general travel insurance (including travel insurance provided with a credit card). It is quite common for our customers to lose our product along with their own iPhone etc. We highly recommend using a travel insurance for such cases. and Please also check with your insuarance agency/company beforehand to know that you can use the travel insurance or no. In case of loss/damage, Global Advanced Communication will provide any necessary documents for insurance policy
