Q: Will I be charged data transfer fee separately?
A: You do not need to pay the data transfer fee at all. Our service is provided with unlimited data transfer.
Q: How much international SMS? ( Phone rental )
A: One SMS sending fee is 100JPY. SMS Receiving is Free.
Function
Q: Can I use VPN? (Data Card rental)
A: Yes you can.
Q: Can I use Skype? (Data Card rental / iPhone)
Yes you can. You can use any other internet based applications.
Q: Can I make voice calls? (Data Card rental)
A: You can not use voice calls. It is data transfer only ( Internet access ).
We recommend using Skype(TM) Internet Phone Service or renting a separate cellular phone.
Delivery & Return
Q: How will I receive my rented data card?
A: Your Items will be delivered either to the Hotel or the office in Japan via delivery service. You do not need pay this cost.
Q: Can I pick up my item at the airport?
A: Yes, you can pick up your retal item at the airport Post office or our Counter( Only Narita ).
Q: How do I return the Phone and data card at the end of my rental term?
A: You can easily return the Phone and data card with a prepaid postage envelope provided from the hotel or any place mail box.
Billing
Q: Is there any cancellation fee?
A: If the rental is cancelled before the data card shipped, there will be 1,000 JPY cancellation fee. If the cancellation occurs after the package is sent out, 2,000 JPY will apply to your bill.
Lost and Damage
Q: What happens if the Data Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: If you lose or damage the Data Card during the period your order covered, please report it immediately to us at 03-4590-2613(Japan) or send email to Info@globaladvancedcomm.com.
