A: An iPhone model doesn’t accept tethering service.

A: We have much flexible policy and our rental days start from 3 days.
Q: What application comes on the iPhone?
A: Our iPhone comes on default systems with basic applications. If the customer has preference on any specific application download with your apple ID.

A:The phone number will be informed to our customers 3-4 days in advance the starting period.
ANDROID Phones
Q: Does an Android phone accept tethering services?
A:Yes, Android phones accept tethering services up to max 40MBPS. It’s the only phone model that we rent with this service.
Q: What is the minimum days to rent an Android phones?
A: We have flexible policy for Android rental services, starting from 7 days of rental.
Q: Is any hidden fee for renting the Android Phones?)
A: There is no hidden/ additional cost for renting Android phones. You will pay only calling fee..

SIM CARD
Q: What precaution should I take renting a SIM card?
A: Before renting a SIM card, make sure that your phone is SIM unlocked, that means your phone will accept external SIM cards. For further information details, please consult your Phone dealer to know if SIM card locked or unlocked. Please make sure your SIM Size.
Q: Is it possible to know the rental phone number in advance
A:The phone number will be informed to our customers 3-4 days in advance the starting period.
Delivery & Return
Q: How will I receive my rental item ?
A: Your Items will delivered either to the Hotel or the office in Japan via delivery service. You do not need pay this cost.
Q: Can I pick up my item at the airport?
A: Yes, you can pick up your retal item at the airport Post office or our Counter.( NARITA, HANEDA,KANSAI,CHUBU). DO not pickup CHITOSE and FUKUOKA.
Q: How to return a rental item?
A: You might find mailbox everywhere in Japan. You just have to make sure that the rental item received are in the extra envelope( This is prepaid envelope, You do not need a postage stamps), than drop it in the nearest mailbox. Please post a rental item before the security gate at any airport. .
Billing
Q: Do you accept paypal or cash payment services ?
A: We accept only CREDIT CARD services .(VISA, MASTER,JCB,AMEX,Diners)
Cancel
Q: How to cancel my reservation?
A: Please contact us by email ASAP informing us about your cancellation. If the cancellation is done 3 days before the starting we will refund you 100% your money. If the cancellation is done after we shipped the item to your pickup location, we will only charge the shipping fee (1500JPY).
Lost and Damage
Q: What happens if the Data Card is lost, stolen or damaged?
A: Please contact us as soon as possible and we will stop the phone. You also will be responsible for the loss according to our rental agreement. Also you might use your travel insurance, Please contact your insurance company.
